What You'll Do:
You'll play a vital role in delivering quality care to LTC residents, working 13-week contracts with flexible shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes, support the care team, and ensure residents feel valued and safe. With housing provided, you'll have the comfort and convenience to focus on your work and new adventures.

Required Skills:

• LTC experience (minimum 1 year)
• South Dakota Compact or SD RN license
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work night and day shifts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in South Dakota or a Compact State
• At least 1 year of LTC nursing experience
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced healthcare environments

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 13-week contracts in Winner, SD
• Valid RN license in South Dakota or a Compact license
• Housing support available upon inquiry
