Position Overview

The Medical Laboratory Technologist /Clinical Laboratory Scientist under the supervision of designated Manager, performs diagnostic analytic tests on human body fluids such as blood, sputum, stool, cerebrospinal fluid, peritoneal fluid, pericardial fluid, and synovial fluid, as well as other specimens. The Medical Laboratory Technologist /Clinical Laboratory Scientist works within clinical laboratories, doctor's offices, reference labs, and within the biotechnology industry.

Minimum Requirements:

ASCP or HEW certification required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical/Clinical Laboratory science, Medical Technology, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry from an accredited institution and completion of an approved Medical Technology internship program.
Recent Core Lab experience preferred
At least (1) year of experience
