Clinical Experience

Strong hands-on experience in:
- IV Therapy & infusion protocols
- Aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, anti-aging)
- Hormone Therapy / TRT
- Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 management)
Exposure to functional, regenerative, or performance medicine is a big plus
Comfortable working with musculoskeletal and recovery-based treatments (shockwave exposure is a bonus)

Technical & Clinical Skills

Strong lab interpretation skills (hormonal & metabolic panels)
Ability to create and adjust treatment protocols independently
Confident in patient assessments, consultations, and long-term care planning
Detail-oriented with outcome tracking and patient optimization mindset

Personality & Work Style

Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a cash-pay model
Patient-focused but performance-driven (results matter)
Strong communication & sales/consultation skills (important for aesthetics & wellness services)
Collaborative and comfortable working with:
- Neurosurgeons
- Pain management specialists
- Rehab teams

Licensing & Credentials

Active New Jersey NP License
AANP or ANCC certified
Experience-backed confidence in performing procedures independently

Big Bonus If They Have

Background in sports medicine / recovery clinics / med spas
Experience in longevity or biohacking clinics
Prior work in a high-end wellness or performance center
