Description

Home Health / Hospice Will be doing both Home Health and Hospice services in patients homes.

We currently see on average 6-9 patients per day. That is a mix of home care and hospice patients.

We use Cerner for our Home Care patients and Kinnser-Wellsky for our Hospice patients.

Facility has 4 department-owned vehicles that the staff uses daily.

Please make sure it is known to potential RNs that taking call is expected/required.

It is 16 hours on weeknights and 24h/day on the weekends.

Days, 8's, with call BLS, OR license at submission
