Schedule: 5x8 Days (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) • Alternating Weekends
Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: April 13, 2026, or sooner
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: $2,600 per week
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after completion of 80 hours worked
Travel Assistance Bonus: $250 on first paycheck + $250 on last paycheck of each contract
Housing Provided: No

🩺 Position Requirements

✅ Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience
• Homecare Homebase + OASIS experience within the last year (required)
• Preferred experience: WellSky EMR, wound care, triage/on‑call
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and time‑management
• Compassionate and customer‑service driven

✅ Licensure

• Compact RN or CT single-state license in-hand at submission

📞 On‑Call Expectations

• 1–2 weeks per month
• Weekday Hours: 5:30 PM – 8:30 AM
• Primarily phone triage
• Home visits are very rare

📊 Productivity Expectations

Full-time RNs must meet 30 points per week:

• Revisit: 1 point
• SOC: 2 points
• ROC: 2 points
• Recert: 1.5 points
• OASIS Discharge: 1.5 points
