This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys high-acuity ICU care, vents, sepsis management, and hemodynamic monitoring in a well-supported 30-bed unit.

ICU Nights = strong specialty fit

Indianapolis location = good market / known city
Epic charting = big plus
30-bed ICU = solid unit size
Ratios 1:1 / 1:2 / 1:3 = attractive for ICU nurses
Sepsis + vents + hemodynamic monitoring = strong clinical exposure
Manager already listed = makes it feel real + organized

Requirements
2 years of ICU experience required
Required certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
