📍 ICU/CVICU RN Travel Assignment – Lake Havasu City, AZ

Trauma Level: III
Unit: Blended ICU / CVICU
Beds in Unit: 16
Patient Ratio: 1:2

⏰ Schedule & Weekly Hours

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Shifts per Week: 3
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours
Total Weekly Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts = 36 hrs/week

Optional:

48 hrs/week may be considered (not guaranteed)

📋 Requirements

Experience: 2+ Years ICU experience (Travel experience required)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Float: Intermediate Care Unit or ED holding (as needed)
