<ul><li>Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Neuro exp, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.<br /> </li><li>Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)<br /> </li><li>Patient Population: Neuro and Neuro-Surgical patients CVAs, elective back/neck surgeries, post-op cranis, cerebral angiogram. General medical and psych.<br /> </li><li>Skillset: NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong Neuro assessements, basic tele interpretation, strict Is &amp; Os/straight cath/Foleys, intitate/titrate heparin gtts., blood/blood product administration/venipuncture/blood cultures, NG tubes, indwelling drain managemen, stable gtts. (i.e. Protonix, Lasic, etc.). Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!<br /> </li></ul>
