Description
Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds – hospital average daily census of 120
· Number of Staff – 3-4 per room
· Hours of operation M-F 7am – 5pm after hours and Saturday and Sunday on call
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – Rad tech/RN combination
o Night Shift -
· Patient Ratios – NA
· Type of equipment – Siemens, GE and Philips
· EMR - Merge

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· Texas State RN License or compact license required
· ACLS
· BLS
Floating Area(s):
· Interventional Radiology
· Cath Lab Pre/post
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

· Every other weekend and 1 weekday
