Position Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Labor and Delivery
- Shift: Night (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Yes, self-scheduling (5-6 hours)
- Call Requirements: No scheduled call; flex down as needed based on acuity and census
Requirements
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications Required:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Intermediate fetal monitoring
- Patient Population: Neonate, pediatric, and adult
Unit Information
- Floor: 2nd
- Number of Beds in Unit: 16
- Patient Ratios: Per AWHONN recommendations
- EHR System: GE Centricity/Paragon
Additional Notes
- Dress Code:
- Scrub Colors: Black, Navy, White
