Description

Job Title: RN – Interventional Radiology

Location: Bronx, NY

Job Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in the Interventional Radiology (IR) department
Assist physicians during minimally invasive image-guided procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
Administer and monitor conscious sedation
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
Continuously assess patient condition and respond to any changes
Ensure patient safety and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Hands-on experience with conscious sedation
Excellent patient monitoring and assessment skills

Education & Certifications:

Active New York State RN License
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Primary Source Verification required
