🚨 LVN – Behavioral Health | Travel/Local Contract 🚨

📍 Location: Coalinga, CA
📅 Start Date: 5/4 (Tentative – must be flexible)
⏳ Credentialing: ~2 weeks (10 business days)

🩺 Position Overview:

• Specialty: Behavioral Health
• Setting: Mental Health Facility (low aggression)
• Patient Population: Ambulatory patients in a structured, therapeutic environment
• EMR: Paper charting

📅 Schedule & Contract:

• 40 hours/week
• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• 26 or 52-week contracts
• Overtime: Not guaranteed (only as needed)
• If under 40 hours, you may be asked to make up time

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT – SHIFT REQUIREMENT:

• Must be fully flexible (days, evenings, nights)
• You will be assigned a shift AFTER orientation
• You WILL NOT be able to choose your shift

📚 Orientation & Training:

• ~30 days total
• All training is Day shift (5x8s)
• Week 1: Medication certification begins
• Includes shadowing + unit familiarization
• NO RTO during orientation
• Attendance is critical – missed days may delay placement
• Orientation occurs once per month

📋 Requirements:

• Active CA LVN License (must be current)
• AHA BLS (must be up to date)

• 2+ years LVN experience required
