Schedule:<ul><li>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li><li>40 hours/week</li><li>First 2 weeks orientation</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>4–5 patient visits per day</li><li>Visits can be in patient homes or assisted living facilities</li><li>Coverage area: Milford, Hopedale, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Franklin, Wrentham</li><li>Mileage paid from first visit to last visit of the day (commute to first visit and home from last visit is not paid)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience</li><li>Some home health experience preferred</li><li>Must have own car and car insurance for the position</li></ul>
