Description

Inpatient Hospice RN – (may float to Franklin Square IPC)

Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required
Setting: Inpatient Hospice

Requirements:

Active RN license in hand
Hospice experience required
1 year of HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred

Productivity:

No productivity points for Hospice
Expected productivity: 24–30 visits per week (based on 40 hours)
