Description
Pediatric Cath Lab Tech, 4x10s
Position / Specialty: Pediatric Cath Lab Tech
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4x10s 0700-1730
Years of experience Req: 1 Year min (Pediatric experience preferred)
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend Req: Yes – Only when taking call
National Certs Req: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS
Is on-call Req: Yes
Floating within Hospital: No
Open to accommodating block schedule: No - unless posting says otherwise
Locals accepted: Yes
Pending License accepted: Yes – Application needs to be submitted and received by licensing board to qualify
RTO Restrictions: 1-2 week max
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program;
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists;
A valid Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging;
OHSU approved Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification;
Two years of experience in the operation of radiologic equipment or an equivalent combination of specialized training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pediatrics experience preferred
Cardiac Interventional and/or Vascular Interventional certification from ASRT (RCES or RCIS preferred)
EP/Cath Lab technologist knowledge, skills, and abilities.
