Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics at Phoenix Children's Hospital (Phoenix, AZ)
Must have infant ICU/NICU experience
Education Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Experience 1 year of pediatric experience, inpatient required
License/Certification/Registry -Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) -State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license (will not wait for traveler to apply, must be in hand) -Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date -Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date
