HI State RN License
Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
BLS

Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting and discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.

Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required.
