Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care team at a leading acute care facility. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced ICU travelers and strong first-time travelers looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Facility Details

• Type: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
• Bed Size: 379 Beds
• Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting with a focus on critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Float between units as needed based on patient care requirements

Patient Ratios

• ICU Ratios: 1:2 – 1:3

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (preferred/required depending on unit)
• Neuro ICU experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Willingness to float between units
