Radiologic Technologist New graduates are welcome to apply

Shift: 8am-5pm (Tuesday–Friday)

Job Summary:
Performs high-quality radiology procedures in accordance with exam protocols, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety. Maintains imaging quality standards while adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiology procedures accurately and in a timely manner following exam protocols
• Monitor and manage radiation dose levels, taking appropriate action when limits are exceeded
• Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET to confirm identity, explain procedures, and ensure comfort
• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, including proper positioning and setup
• Follow all safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and work areas
• Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Report equipment or operational issues to appropriate teams
• Assist with inventory and supply management

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to perform imaging procedures independently with high accuracy
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of safety standards, emergency procedures, and first aid
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care
• Ability to train and mentor new team members
• Experience working with patients across all age groups (newborn to geriatric)

Requirements:

• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
• $5,000 relocation assistance (negotiable)
