Job Description:

Provided direct and indirect patientcare in the emergency care setting.

Provides care that reflectsinitiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision.

Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.

Communicateswith Emergency Department physicians about changesin patient’s status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.

Is able to respondquickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Description/ Requirements:

2-3YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

2-3YRS+ Exp Working in Level IV Trauma Unit 

2-3 YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA) 

ACTIVE ACLS (AHA) 

ACTIVE PALS (AHA)
