Description

Ability to conduct psychosocial and substance use assessments to determine patient needs and care plans Skilled in performing suicide risk evaluations Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Proficient in accurate documentation and case management standards Knowledge of mandated reporting laws and ability to complete required reports Competence in crisis intervention techniques Ability to facilitate psychoeducational group sessions Experience with discharge planning, including coordination of psychiatric follow-up, therapy, and housing arrangements Will be working inpatient units which is mostly adults but must be comfortable floating to adolescents unit. Will be working with female and male patients They will be working under a LCSW or CSW-I. Supporting the inpatient staff as needed. THIS IS A high volume facility. Working in a fast pace health system will be a plus
