Shift Notes: 5x8hr Days (0730-1600 M-F)

PR: $30.5/hr on W2 + $1230/week Stipend
Weekly Gross Pay: $2450 for 40 hours
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EEG Technologist (Electroencephalogram) to join our team. The EEG lab provides both inpatient and outpatient diagnostic services, focusing on the evaluation of neurological conditions through the recording and analysis of brain electrical activity for patients across the Omaha, NE region.
The EMG technologist should be able to perform nerve conduction studies (NCS) and autonomic studies on patients undergoing testing of the peripheral and autonomic nervous system (ANS). The EMG technologist has a background knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology of the brain, spinal cord, cranial nerves, peripheral nerves, neuromuscular junction, muscles and autonomic nerves. The technologist should be able to conduct studies and work closely with the physician in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.
Requirements:
- 50 mile radius rule, must provide Drivers License at submit
- Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
- BLS
- High school or equivalent education
- Registered EMG credentials Registry by American Board of Electrodiagnostic
- Medicine (ABEM) or American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (AAET) required.
