Schedule

• Regular Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Call Requirements:
  • 1–2 weekend call shifts/month: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
  • 2–4 weekday call shifts/month: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
  • 2–4 late shifts/month: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Call is assigned via rotation; team members select their call days.
• Length of Assignment:  8 weeks
• Pay Rate:  $48.50

About the Role

This position serves as a clinical leader in patient care, applying the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and professional standards. The RN delegates and directs team members, ensures high‑quality outcomes, and supports a culturally sensitive, patient‑centered environment. The role contributes to departmental goals and demonstrates accountability for professional practice.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Required: Registered Nurse Diploma
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Experience

• Required: Minimum 2+ years in specialty
• Required Specialty Skills:
  • DaVinci Robotics, MAKO Robotics. Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery Gynecology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, Plastics
  • Required:
    • Active RN license in state of practice
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
