Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and postpartum nursing experience
• Proficiency with fetal monitoring, epidural management, and neonatal stabilization
• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, AWOHN (Intermediate or Advanced), Stable
• Strong teamwork and flexible schedule adaptability
• Ability to handle varying patient acuities and participate in postpartum and well-baby care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Centricity EHR system
• Familiarity with common diagnoses such as gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes
• Prior experience with LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post-Partum)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified in NRP, ACLS, and AWOHN (Intermediate or Advanced)
• At least 2 years of comprehensive labor and delivery experience, including neonatal stabilization
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma or well-baby center is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work the evening shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), including every other weekend
• Located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech hospital environment with modern equipment such as fetal dopplers, syringe pumps, and epidural systems
