Acute Care / ED Float RN – 13 Week Contract 📍 Republic, WashingtonPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in a critical access setting, floating between Acute Care and Emergency Department. This is a great opportunity for a versatile nurse who thrives in a rural, fast-paced environment.Assignment Details:<ul><li>Start Date: ASAP</li><li>Duration: 13 weeks</li><li>Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week</li><li>Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM</li><li>Setting: Acute Care / Emergency Department (Float)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active WA RN license (or compact if applicable)</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of recent Acute Care and/or ED experience</li><li>Previous critical access or rural experience preferred</li><li>BLS required</li><li>ACLS required</li><li>PALS preferred</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide patient care in both Acute Care and Emergency Department settings</li><li>Perform assessments, triage, and emergency interventions</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Adapt quickly to varying patient acuity levels</li></ul>Why Republic, WA?
