Hiring Profile: 

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Psychiatric nursing experience. 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Geriatric psychiatric experience preferred. Medical floor experience preferred.   
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Alzheimer’s, behavioral disturbance, failure to thrive, depression, suicidal ideation.  
• Personality Fit: Team Oriented 

• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
