Description

Position: RN, Nurse Lead – Labor & Delivery
Facility: Adventist Health Twin Cities
Location: 1100 Las Tablas Rd, Templeton, CA 93465
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 3×12 hours (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), rotating schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Start Date: 04/27/2026
PR: $36/Hour on W2 + $1700/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $3212

Key Responsibilities

Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with Nurse Manager, Director, and Physicians
Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary staff using independent judgment
Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care and positive patient outcomes
Maintain patient safety standards and improve patient experience
Oversee workflow, staffing, and clinical operations within the L&D unit

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery
Minimum 2+ years of supervisory/lead experience (Required)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work rotating night shifts

Certifications & Licensure

Active California RN License – Required
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS – Required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within last 2 years) – Required
