FULL SOCIAL AND DOB REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 453

· Patient Ratios : 1 to 1 in the OR

· Type of equipment: Orthopedic

· Documentation system: Meditech

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS

Unit Specifics:

· Scheduling requirements: 3 12’s or 4 10’s

· Floating: no

· On call schedule: 6 call shifts per 4 week schedule

· EMR: Meditech

· Weekends: oncall

Must have: orthopedic experience, trauma orthopedic experience

TNCC or TCAR

Procedures performed on unit: arthroscopies, total joints, ortho trauma

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
