LPN – LTC (Long-Term Care)

 Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
 Duration: 13 weeks
 Guaranteed Hours: 37.5/week
 Unit: LTC (40 beds)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year LTC experience (required)
  • Up-to-date resume showing LTC + any travel experience
  • LPN License for New York State.
  • BLS from AHA
