Key Requirements:

Must be able to titrate LEVO
Do NOT RTO once on unit
Teamwork approach; meet Novant behavioral expectations
Strict adherence to Call Off Policy

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years ICU/Neuro experience; traveler experience required (no first-time travelers)
Neuro Stepdown, PCU/IMC/Stepdown & Telemetry
Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia management; TR Band
IV insulin drips, vasoactive & cardiac drips titration
Feeding tube, CBI, pre/post dialysis management
Central/PICC/peripheral line care; blood product administration
Ventilator care, chest tubes, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, trach care
Neurology: aneurysm, craniotomy, CVA, post-TPA, seizures, TBI
Wound care/Wound Vac, isolation/PPE
Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH

Preferred: CCRN, TNCC, CPI; triage, ICP, conscious sedation, charge nurse experience
