Shift: 8/hr Day shift
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary:
RN LTC Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Assesses residents’ health status, administers medications and treatments, and develops individualized care plans. Collaborates with physicians, healthcare teams, residents, and families to deliver quality care. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies while promoting a supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ health and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team and families.
• Maintain patient records and follow care policies.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN  License
• BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
