Speech Language Pathologist

● About Facility:
o Outpatient Rehab Clinic
o Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
● Department Information:
o Average patients/day: Approximately 75
o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Ortho
o Neuro
o Peds
o Speech
● Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Physical Therapist: NC prof license, BLS
o Occupational Therapist: NC prof license, BLS
o Speech Therapist: NC prof license, BLS
● Skills required:
o 2 years' experience in needed specialty
o Comfortability to work with Peds-Adults
● Support within the Department:
o Director, Clinical Coordinator, Office and Clinical staff
● Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
