Required Skills:

• Illinois RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong patient care skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work the night shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a similar facility or setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments and diverse patient needs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Prior night-shift experience preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Housing available in Sterling, IL, just 20 minutes from the facility
• Willingness to commit to 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• Opportunity for a $20,000 sign-on bonus if converted to a permanent role
• Pay rate of $42.00 per hour for permanent staff
