Description
50-mile radius rule
Title- NICU RRT
Can consider SOME peds, but must have NICU exp, NRP REQUIRED
Shift - rotating or all night position - 36 hours/week, every three weekend, one would rotate every three weeks, every third week
Delivery room experience preferred
level 2 and 3 NICU/Special Care Nursery
Birthing hospital NICU
Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs and interprets tests and procedures to assess and manage patient care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other health care team members.
- Works autonomously in a variety of clinical settings to include administration of respiratory care protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required .
- CPR-AHA NRP REQUIRED
- RRT 2+ years related work experience required.
- RC and be certified to manage artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, administer aerosolized medications and provide oxygen therapy.
