Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Opportunity – Peoria, IL
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift (4x10s)
A leading healthcare system in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join their high-performing cardiovascular team. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work in a busy, well-equipped cath lab environment.
Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time position
- Day shift schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per week
- 6 Cath Lab suites
- Average of 10–15 cases per day
- Dedicated Cath Lab (separate from IR and EP)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
Compensation & Incentives
- Pay range: $36.39 – $47.63 per hour (based on experience)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment required)
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
- Shift differentials for 3rd shift and weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor and document hemodynamic data during procedures
- Circulate and support the procedural team as needed
- Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC and PACS systems
Requirements
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- IEMA License (Required)
- Previous Cath Lab experience (Required)
- Strong knowledge of hemodynamics and cardiovascular procedures
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Experience with McKesson Cardiology PACS preferred but not required
Technology & Equipment
- EMR: EPIC
- Imaging Systems: PACS, McKesson Cardiology
Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shift
- 4 ten-hour shifts per week
- Additional shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends
