Position Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, high-quality outpatient care at our Miles Campus during the summer months. This temporary opportunity supports our primary outpatient team as they enjoy well‑deserved summer vacations and helps ensure continuity of excellent patient care.

This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, reasonable productivity expectations, and dedicated documentation time—making it an ideal short‑term assignment for a motivated clinician who values efficiency and patient-centered care.

Position Details

1. Schedule: Monday–Friday
2. Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
3. Caseload: Approximately 10 patients per day
4. Treatment Model:45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions
5. 30 minutes of scheduled documentation time built into the day

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver skilled outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with best practice and organizational standards
2. Complete documentation and billing on the day services are delivered
3. Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification of discharge
4. Collaborate professionally with the outpatient rehabilitation team to ensure seamless patient care

Additional Notes

1. This is a summer coverage position
2. Vacation requests during the week of July 4th cannot be approved
