Description

Position: Physical Therapist – Home Health (Travel and Locals accepted)
Location: Portland, Oregon (97216)
Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours/week

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health travel assignment in Portland, OR.

✅ Requirements Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Required (for licenses obtained after Jan 2016 or equivalent) Licensure & Certifications: Active Physical Therapy license (state-specific) CPR or BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Valid Driver’s License (Required) Must be 21 years or older
