Description

❤️ IMC / Stepdown RN – Nights | Cardiac Heavy Unit ❤️

Looking for a strong Telemetry/Stepdown RN with solid cardiac experience for a high-acuity IMC unit.

💼 Position Details:
• Specialty: IMC / Stepdown RN
• Shift: 12H Nights (7P–7A)
• Unit: 28 beds
• Every other weekend & holiday

❤️ Patient Population:
• Up to 75% cardiac (pre/post caths, NSTEMI, chest pain)
• CHF, COPD, dialysis, stroke overflow

👩‍⚕️ Requirements:
• 1+ year Tele/IMC experience
• Strong cardiac background (REQUIRED)
• Experience with titratable drips
• BLS & NIHSS required

💉 Drips Include:
• Insulin, Heparin, Nitro, Diltiazem, Lasix

⚠️ Important Notes:
• Ratios up to 1:7 on nights
• Floating to Med/Surg required
• No call required
• Local rate applies (within 80 miles)
