LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Case Management (MSW)

Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

1 Year Experience
Will accept 1st Time Travelers
Certs Required: BLS, LSWAIC
Experience Required: Inpatient/Acute Care, Case Management
Epic Experience Required
Floating: Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First HIl, Ballard)
Weekend Coverage Required: MInimum 2 weekend days per month (typically not scheduled together, i.e. will work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month - but not in the same weekend)

Swedish Cherry Hill is a specialty hospital. We engage in care coordination for neuro and cardiac pts. We are a comprehensive stroke center. Clinician needs to have prior hospital experience.
