Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Unit : RRT
Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour.
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Grand Junction , CO 81501.
Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
Hourly: $36.5/hr W2 + $1,246/week (non - taxable stipend)
Gross: $2,560/weekly.

Job Summary:
A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides specialized care to patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. They assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory support and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications
- Operate and manage ventilators and life-support equipment
- Perform diagnostic tests such as ABGs and pulmonary function tests
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
- Educate patients on respiratory care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Active State license of CO (DORA)
- NBRC (RRT) Certification
- BLS, ACLS required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
