ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Job Title • Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Location • Great Bend, KS Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, 12-hour days (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.), alternating weekly schedule (36/48 hours per week), working Thursday through Wednesday Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Administer medications and treatments according to care plans • Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care strategies Required Qualifications • Valid RN license in the state of Kansas • Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience with 12-hour shifts in a long-term care environment • Basic life support (BLS) certification • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with a stable facility • Competitive scheduling with consistent shifts and weekly hours.
