Travel Pediatric CT Technologist – Minneapolis, MN

Start Date: 4/13

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Gross Pay: $3,040/week

Schedule: 2×8‑hour weekday shifts + 2×12‑hour night shifts (Sat & Sun)

 

Position Overview

A leading pediatric medical center in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Travel Pediatric CT Technologist to join its imaging team. This role blends weekday and weekend night coverage and requires strong pediatric CT competency, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to float to X‑ray as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CT experience
  • Pediatric CT experience required
  • Active ARRT
  • Current BLS
  • Minnesota Radiologic Technologist License
  • Must be willing to float to X‑ray

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality pediatric CT exams following established protocols
  • Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and age‑appropriate communication
  • Support imaging needs across inpatient, outpatient, ED, and weekend night operations
  • Float to X‑ray and assist with general radiography as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation within imaging and EMR systems
  • Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and pediatric care teams to ensure safe, efficient workflow
