Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This position is ideal for an experienced LPN who is passionate about providing quality patient care and supporting healthcare teams in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician
  • Assist with patient intake, vital signs, assessments, and documentation
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with daily patient care activities
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
  • Follow all facility policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines
