Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Address: Boston, MA 02215
Duration: 13 Weeks
Travel Pay: $80/hr II $2900 Weekly
Schedule: 36 hrs/week | Nights or Rotating Shifts | Every 3rd Weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU expertise to provide specialized respiratory care in a Level II/III NICU within a birthing hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care including ventilator management, airway support, and oxygen therapy
- Assist in delivery room and NICU procedures
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Administer respiratory care protocols independently
Requirements:
- RRT credential (required)
- NRP & BLS (AHA) certifications (required)
- Minimum 2+ years experience with NICU (Level II/III preferred)
- Delivery room experience (preferred)
- Experience with artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, and aerosolized medications
