Description

Scheduled hrs. per week: 08:00 – 16:30

Certificates Required: We would like someone with a year of experience and the following:
• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), and hold a current Dietitian License (LD) in both Oregon and Washington. – and provide verification of completion of internship.
• Must have the State of Oregon Food Handler card
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association required.
