Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) to join a dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process. This role is ideal for an OR RN with experience in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op support within a hospital or surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care, surgical procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Assist with patient positioning, safety measures, and surgical site preparation
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
• Follow all hospital policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices
