Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional options: Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday
Alternating weekends required
Schedule may vary based on office needs
Self-scheduling for visits and hours

Certifications & Licensure

BCLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
Active Florida or Compact RN License – Required

Additional Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle – Required
COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) – Required
Flu vaccine (or declination with mandatory masking) – Required

Unit & Assignment Details

Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage & Commercial Insurance)
6–8 home visits per day
Equipment provided: Laptop, MiFi, Portable printer
Documentation systems: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet

Clinical Competencies

Cardiopulmonary assessments
Basic & advanced wound care (including wound vac)
ABI compression dressing
Pleurx/Asept drain care
Foley catheter care and changes
Staple/Suture removal
Glucometer & Pro-time machine use
SQ/IM injections
Lab draws (venipuncture)
IV therapy, PICC/Midline care & dressing changes
SQ port access/de-access

Required Skills & Experience

Skilled Home Health experience required (Private duty nursing alone will not be accepted)
Experience with OASIS documentation – Required
Strong IV therapy and wound care skills
Experience managing general medical and high-risk diagnoses, including:
- Heart Failure (HF)
- COPD
- Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- Pneumonia
- Stroke
Post-operative care experience
