Description

🚨 RN – Corrections | Nights (PRN) 🚨

📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ
📅 Start Dates: 4/13, 4/27, 5/11, 5/18, 6/1, 6/15
📄 Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks

🩺 Position Overview:

  • Specialty: Corrections
  • Setting: Jail / Correctional Health Clinics
  • Multiple clinic locations across correctional facilities

📅 Schedule & Details:

  • Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Minimum: 1 shift per week required
  • PRN flexibility with consistent need
  • Overtime: Only approved for critical staffing needs

⚠️ FLOAT REQUIREMENT:

  • Must be flexible to float
  • May float between multiple clinic locations
  • All locations are within ~5 minutes of each other

📚 Orientation:

  • Orientation offered every 2 weeks
  • Ongoing support based on assignment

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in a correctional setting
  • Medication administration
  • Patient assessments and monitoring
  • Documentation and communication with care team

✅ Requirements:

  • Active AZ RN License or Compact License
  • BLS Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays

  • No on-call requirement
  • Extension opportunities available
  • High-need setting with consistent shifts available
