Job Opportunity: LPN/LVN - Skilled Nursing

Location: LaFollette, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work in a Rehab Center / Nursing Home setting
• Provide bedside/skilled nursing care
• Float possible to Long Term Care units
• Care for Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care residents
• Perform rounds and medication administration
• Supervise CNAs
• Possible wound care responsibilities
• Patient ratio approximately 1:17
• Facility has 17 skilled beds and 55 long term care beds (primarily skilled care)
• Use of EMR system: Point Click Care
• Scrubs color: Royal Blue
• No call and no 48-hour shifts
• Block scheduling possible (request with submission)

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN / LVN license in Tennessee
• At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting, including nursing home experience
• Experience in supervisory roles
• BLS certification

• Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
