Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-acuity medical-surgical and telehealth nursing care in a comprehensive cancer center setting.
• Float between Medical-Surgical and Oncology units, including specialized units such as BMT, leukemia, hematology, and more.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards, including fall prevention.
• Complete necessary certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Participate in self-scheduled shifts, with orientation and bedside training during initial weeks.
• Ensure compliance with all credentialing and fingerprinting requirements prior to start.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of high-acuity Med Surg Tele experience.
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with specialized procedures and oncology units such as BMT, leukemia, or surgical oncology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with floating responsibilities across multiple units.
